My yoga journey started after moving from Germany to Ireland in 2006. I quickly became a dedicated member of Dublin's vibrant yoga community, finding a real connection with the practice. In 2013, I completed my 200-hour teacher training at The Yoga Room.
In my yoga classes, I strive to cultivate an atmosphere where you can feel both challenged and at ease. My Vinyasa Flow sequences are designed to build strength, increase flexibility and enhance mindfulness, all while respecting your individual pace and capabilities.
My teaching is deeply rooted in my Indian heritage, honed by the disciplined principles of Ashtanga, and informed by the precise guidance of teachers like Dave Curtis.

Having practiced yoga in diverse settings from the spiritual heartland of India to the vibrant energy of Colombia, I bring a truly global perspective to my classes here in Dublin. This mix of experiences allows me to craft sessions that challenge the body while encouraging a deep respect for your own physical boundaries.
My aim is to create a supportive and inclusive space where every student feels empowered to explore their potential, grow their practice and find balance.
